Musicals be it stage or screen are wonderful things. They take you on a sensory journey through your emotions with some of the most memorable songs ever written. Any journey is only as good as the person guiding you and Tamsin Killen is your perfect hostess for this magical moment. With a voice of power, subtlety and pure beauty, she is the essence of style and versatility in this diverse genre.

Having devoted much of her childhood to song and dance, Tamsin gained a place at the prestigious Mountview Academy in London. Following her graduation, she honed her craft further in a number of exciting and challenging roles at Disneyland Paris and in Theatre Shows touring around the UK. She also took on many contracts abroad in luxury resorts such as Sensatori hotels, and as lead vocalist around the world for P&O cruises.

Since returning to the UK, she has devoted her time touring her highly acclaimed solo cabaret shows focussing on Musicals and the ‘Best Of British’, and has even won a coveted National Tribute Award as opera star Katherine Jenkins. She has travelled the UK extensively with this tribute show, including a tour for the select Warner Hotels and abroad for Thomson Gold, Holland America and P&O Cruise Liners. She is widely and well known for her incredible voice, passionate performance and warmth and gentle humour with an audience.

Tamsin has always been involved heavily in show production, and she brings all of her skills to bare in her wonderful musical theatre show from comedy character roles to leading lady romance. With impeccable timing and song choices she covers all the classics. Iconic hits from the old days such as Showboat, My Fair lady and of course the evocative scores of Rogers and Hammerstein to the amazing Lloyd Webber’s Phantom and Cats to more modern West End musical masterpieces including Wicked.

Tamsin doesn’t just sing these classics beautifully, she involves the audience in a very personal way, on a journey through time and space - a journey to a magical place these songs and shows hold in peoples heads and hearts. Musicals are as diverse, full and wonderful as life itself, and Tamsin invites you to live that musical journey with her.
